Since 2015, Studio Lumin has been defined by a singular obsession: the detail. We approach architecture and interior design as a holistic journey, where premium materials meet disciplined restraint. Our philosophy centers on the integrity of the process. We don't just design spaces; we manage the evolution of an environment. From the first sketch to the final handover, our constant oversight ensures that the highest standards of luxury and functionality are met, creating sophisticated sanctuaries for our clients.
Structural decisions crafted with the same care as a door handle — every scale considered.
Spaces that balance premium materiality with disciplined restraint and lived experience.
The ground beneath your feet — designed with the same rigour as every room above it.
Whether you have a project in mind or simply want to explore what's possible — we'd love to hear from you.
Fakhri Manor, Yusuf is a full residential interior for a private family residence in Bengaluru. The design weaves together Moroccan-inspired geometry, warm walnut joinery, and layered lighting to create spaces that feel both curated and deeply liveable. Each room draws on a distinct narrative — from the arched CNC-carved feature wall in the living room to the starfield ceiling in the children's suite — united by a palette of ivory, walnut, navy, and brass.

Batul Villa is a complete interior design for a private villa residence in Bengaluru. The design draws on European classical references — arched plasterwork, crystal chandeliers, hand-painted cabinetry — tempered by a warm and liveable palette of ivory, taupe, walnut, and brass. Each room is conceived as a distinct experience: from the planted inner courtyard to the formal majlis living room, from the soft master suite to a precisely detailed study nook. The result is a home that feels both considered and deeply personal.

Fakhri Manor, Sajjad is a complete residential interior in Bengaluru, building on the Manor series with a bolder material palette. Deep burgundy leather wall panels with hand-stitched brass detailing anchor the master suite, while bronze-tinted glass wardrobes and a skylit dressing room create a sense of private luxury. The children's suite is a deliberate contrast — a rainbow arch headboard, gold star wallpaper, and painted wardrobe fronts that feel joyful without being juvenile. The sage green kitchen grounds the home in warmth and craft.

Zaveri Residence is a full apartment interior in Bengaluru, designed around a warm neutral palette of taupe, blush, walnut, and burnished brass. Each room layers texture carefully — emperor marble in the dining room, floral wallpaper in the master bedroom, geometric oak panelling in the guest suite — unified by a consistent approach to brass hardware and considered lighting.

The Saifeenagar Community Hall & Kitchen is a multi-storey civic building in Bengaluru, designed to serve as a gathering space, event venue, and fully-equipped commercial kitchen facility. The classical façade — with arched windows, ornamental lattice panels, and a colonnaded ground-floor podium — draws on the architectural heritage of the community it serves. Inside, every surface is considered: marble lobby floors, brass-inlaid wall panels, bespoke walnut-framed entrance doors, and a purpose-built professional kitchen designed for large-scale hospitality.

Bambot Residence is a full residential project in Bengaluru combining architecture, interior design, and landscape design. The design language draws from Mediterranean vernacular — lime-plastered walls, travertine colonnades, arched openings, and encaustic tile floors — unified by a central garden courtyard with a sculptural horse and manicured lawn. Inside, warm oak beams, macramé pendant lights, and antique furniture create a relaxed, layered interior that connects seamlessly to the outdoor verandah and pergola living spaces.

Chandapura Commercial is a multi-storey commercial building currently under design in Chandapura, Bengaluru. The building is defined by a full-height curtain wall glazing system with a fine aluminium mullion grid, set against solid stone-clad volumes that anchor the composition. A central atrium brings daylight deep into the floor plates, with landscape integrated at the rooftop level. The elevation drawing and axonometric studies show the layered approach to massing — transparent where the programme demands openness, solid where privacy and enclosure are needed.
